Each year I return, and each year cancer seems to touch the lives of more people around me. Friends, family, acquaintances, and members of our community. It's a reminder of just how many lives this disease impacts.This is my 4th year running and every step is for hope. Hope for better treatments, hope for earlier detection, hope for families, and hope that one day we'll live in a world where a cancer diagnosis isn't something so many people have to face.
Here's to year four, and to running for everyone whose lives have been touched by cancer. 💛
