Breast cancer has unfortunately touched my family twice. My Grandma battled it, and almost a decade later, so did my Aunty July. Thankfully, they both overcame it — but not everyone is this lucky. 💗
After navigating my own health challenges over the past two years, I’m hoping to step into a new chapter that prioritises my health and wellbeing.
So, I’m doing the 5km. 🏃🏻♀️
Now, running the entire 5km might be slightly ambitious 😂 My goal is to run at least 3km — but more importantly, to show up and do the thing.
Plot twist: I am absolutely not a runner and have only just successfully completed my first 1km 🙈🤣
